Once all the information has been gathered, we will communicate with all the party members to pick the best date for the closing. As a real estate paralegal, we will work closely with the lender’s closing processor to determine the ending figures for the closing. After the closing disclosure is complete, we will send that out to be signed by the buyer and ensure all the document preparation is in order for the attorney to review and approve.
