I am required to carry a bond of no less than $25,000; my bond is registered with the Fresno County Clerk. I am permitted to do work for pro per parties within the boundaries of Fresno County. In addition, the filing of my bond classifies me as a registered L.D.A. and U.D.A. prerequisites to register in Fresno County specify satisfactory completion of educational requirements or meeting a minimum number of years in specified professional roles.

I initially registered following the completion of my education in 2008. I have an A+ rating with the BBB; this is something that I am particularly proud of since it is not a rating that I purchased but instead earned.
